The short version
We collect your email address when you join our list, use it to tell you about BayEight Golf, and nothing else. We don’t sell it, share it for advertising, or track you around the web.
What we collect
When you enter your email on this site, we save the address, the date, and which page you signed up from. That’s all. The site doesn’t use analytics or advertising tools, and it doesn’t set cookies.
What we use it for
Build updates, opening news, and founding membership offers — including a heads-up when founding spots are running low. We send a single confirmation when you sign up. We won’t sign you up for anything else.
Where it’s kept
Your address is stored in a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account, and our emails are sent through Gmail. Our website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability.
Unsubscribing and deleting your data
Reply “unsubscribe” to any email from us, or write to hello@bayeightgolf.com, and we’ll take you off the list. Ask us to delete your address and we will.
Age
This list is for adults. Membership at BayEight Golf is 18+, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.
